World Environment Day

We meet at City Farm again this Monday 30th April @ 4:45 for a 5pm start. If you would like to be involved in World Environment Day in Forrest Place this year please come along.
Agenda: 1. Inform new-comers of objectives, artistic process and preparatory events.
2. Promotional Material, what it will look like, how we will collect information and present it. -website -banners -programme/ flyers...
3. Space Preparation - What we need to do.
4. Roles - AV, Safety/ First Aid, Promotions, Performance programme, City of Perth Liaison please add any agenda items... And pop these in your calenders!
